My nephew attends this daycare. On different occasions either his mother, myself (his aunt) and our mother have witnessed the children being treated in a wrong way. When I picked up my nephew early today and unexpected I witnessed a 2 year old boy being bullied by a provider! She yells at him as he stands feet away, "HEY! Did you hit her?!" she then goes back to the little girl, checks her back, shows the other worker whom had no concern about it and went on doing her own thing. The first provider then went up to the boy again and takes her hand and places her fingers on his forehead and pushes his head back. Then walks away looks at the girl, then goes up to the boy again, and forefully grabs his shoulder/arm and yanks him to her and kneels down screaming in his face, "DID YOU HIT HER?" When I walked in she looked up at me in complete shock and then smiled because she knew what I caught her doing. I told her I hope she didn't treat my nephew that way and she acted like she didn't hear me bc she didn't want to address the issue. So I told her again, "You shouldn't treat kids that way!" she replied, "Oh no, he is a hitter." I then told her, "That may be but there is a right way and a wrong way to approach a child and to handle a situation." I contacted several places to report this.
