I have used this daycare for less than 6 months and my kids love going there everyday! The staff is so kind and caring and keep me involved with how my kids are doing during their day there! Apsolutely love this daycare and their staff!!
Treated my child terrible then denied it. I'm in touch with the state of Ohio now regarding it.
My husband's kids came here and now our grandkids go there. They are so nice and concert to us. Helping our grandkids from potty training, sharing and even socializing.. I would recommend this day care to wvwryone.
Very poor rating.this center is horrible i would not recommend them to no one.they are very unprofessional.it looks like they hire any kind help they can get.people with drug and alcohol problems.and ect.you the parent have to ask the staff for your child daily function paper its never just gave.also these papers are not being filled out correctly nor on time.it seems they try to write eveything out while your getting ur child ready to leave.staff and management are very rood and make you feel like they dont care about your concerns.worst daycare experience i have ever had.the director was very disrespectful and unkind she made me feel like my concerns didn't matter,she also had a poor attuied,I have walked in to this center on sulluvant ave on more than one occasion and would see the employees sitting around talking about other parents.my second day at this center i had gotten off work around 5:30 and was coming in to get my child and i stopped at the swipe machine befor heading to the back to get my child and i here a women telling a kid a 2 yr old,DONT BE MAD AT ME BECAUSE YOUR MOM IS NOT HERE YET.!! And i here the child start to cry i walk around the corner and it was my child,she was upset watching all thee other children leave to go home,and the director proceded to tell mt child not to be mad at her because i wasn't their yet,in a loud obnoxious tone.Over all this daycare has no class at all.i have never been or seen a daycare like this in mylife..
