If it were possible to give negative stars I would! This place is awful! Unless you want the director of the facility trying to sleep w your husband/partner I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! The place is run by nothing but trashy two faced people that don’t care one bit about you or your child or family. The money is all they care about. My child has come home with SEVERAL injuries from this daycare center and it’s negligent staff. They were shut down for a period of time due to them employing workers that have CHILD ABUSE CHARGES , this person was working with AND abusing the children. There was a big lawsuit, Google it. Do your research!! Any place is better than kinder academy !
Glad my kid is out of there. After I saw, first hand, what these people are, I wouldn't send my pet there. What a bunch of incompetent, two-faced, disingenuous people. Just because it's clean, doesn't mean it's the best place for your kid. Do your research.
Lack of integrity by owner and manager. Place took a turn for the worse when new "manager" came in. Understaffed and lack of common sense here. It's clean, but not worth it. Only care about your money. Period. Go anywhere else.
About as UNPROFESSIONAL a business as I have ever seen. The only good thing about this daycare is that it's open at 6:00. "Manager" is extremely rude and unprofessional and has poor judgement. This place cares about your money and their star rating-PERIOD. Well, my star rating for this place is a one. Understaffed, dangerous parking lot, overcrowding and unprofessionalism is what you get here. Do your research and look elsewhere. I regret giving these people any of my money.
as of late like in the past 6 months no learning projects no more abc's, numbers,ect... so many employees go thru there. no professional help. mothers of kids working there. kid can't get along with a teacher! comes home crying. even when u confront her just a bad attitude. owner is trying but just seams to me she is just overwhelmed with the incompetents of the people she hired. they need to learn and now i'm not seeing it.
I enrolled my child in this center over a year ago and have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and ownership! Due to circumstances out of the owners control, two centers merged into one and I haven't noticed a change in care at all. It actually allowed my child to be placed with more children on the same level. They have had some turnover with teachers, but it is not more than any other center I have seen. I love the fact that my child is engaged in different activities every day that has helped to prepare for upcoming kindergarten. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for quality care for their child!
My child was at this center for a few years before we decided to pull out after the merger of both centers. Initially this was a center i felt secure with I loved the staff but after the merger everything changed. Behaviors in my child, lack of communication, and overall dissatisfaction from the classroom staff. What i felt was once a center based on my child's individual needs turned into what was most profitable to the business. Children should be the number one concern, not how many kids can be squeezed into one room.
TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP!!!!... My experience at Kinder Academy started off decent but quickly went downhill. The number one priority of this place is NOT your children, instead it is money. Ever since the two locations have "merged" the place has been a chaotic environment, especially for the kids. There are WAY too many children in each room and not enough staff. The children DO NOT get the attention they need/deserve. I have felt uncomfortable dropping my kid off here multiple times because they are consistently out of ratio. I have also noticed that they cannot keep their staff... For the most part the girls here are nice but for some reason it seems as though they are quitting left and right. Now for me, I want my child around familiar/consistent faces, not strangers. I am so happy that I left this center and I would NOT recommend it to anyone!! I'm sure this center will slowly be shut down anyway just like their other location. Save your money, save the headache and definitely look elsewhere.
At first the place was above and beyond our expectations. Still happy with most of the staff, but ownership is horrible. They care about 1 thing and as a parent you would hope it would be your child; its not, its money. This ownership already had to "merge" or "lost" their other center... I don't believe this center will last much longer as well. We had enough after over 20% tuition increase since first enrollment due to whatever reason they seen fit; says so in the contract. And boy did they exercise it more than once. Never believe what comes out of their mouths because they can and will change whatever agreement you thought you had with them. Stay away is my advice, never again even if it was the last place available. I'd quite my excellent job before sending my kids back.
I have been sending my children to kinder academy since they opened the Robinson center. After an okay experience with other childcares I decided to shop around while pregnant with my second child. I couldn't be happier with my decision. The center is always clean, the staff is over qualified and highly educated but most importantly caring . They never seem to be short staffed as the previous poster had suggested. Everything has always seemed clean and organized when I've been there. Most importantly my children are noticeably loved and cared for. As far as the staff turn over ... They have quiet a few staff members that have been with the center since it opened and my kids started there. And based on childcare experiences no amount of turnover that isn't what seems to be normal in the business.
My grandson goes there and they take good care of him. Some issues nothing that wasn't worked out. The place is clean. I have been in some local places and wow the filth. The employee turn over rate seams high but don't think it's different other places. Hard job that probably does not pay that well.
