I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter was in this facility for 3+ years. In the beginning years, we had minor issues here and there, but nothing we couldn't resolve with the removing of caretakers and a conversation.

We had what I would say to be a 4-star experience until she entered the pre-school rooms. Things then took a VERY wrong turn.

The teachers (Miss Rosie in particular) have treated my child as less than the other students.

When the owner's grandchildren were bringing in Burger King for breakfast, my child was denied bringing in fruit.

Injuries went undocumented, and when I brought them up was told "it didn't look that bad", but they did acknowledge it happened.

My child told me they screamed in her face and grabbed her by the arm. (ex. DO YOU WANT TO GO TO THE OFFICE). She constantly demonstrates that action with me and does the same thing with her baby dolls, which leads me to believe it wasn't a one-time occurrence.

Since those unfortunate events happened, she had multiple accidents in their care, in what I personally feel was caused by her fear of those paid to care for her.

As I was looking for a new provider, I let it be known that my child was being mistreated, and they then turned around and terminated her for reasons of "being a danger to other children".

Find me an incident report that states my child is violent....I'll wait.... there isn't one. Period. There are, however, incident reports for other children AGAINST my girl.

Long story short, they are trying to cover themselves. They discriminated against an innocent 3-year-old girl, and they now will have to answer for that.

Formal complaints will be filed but leaving this review now in hopes the family that takes my daughters spot thinks twice before they sign up.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My children have been going here for over a year. We love the place. Very clean, colorful, educational, and professional. I also love how they have extended hours. My husband and I like to have date nights occasionally and we have a peace of mind knowing theyre safe at daycare staying til 9 pm.

This place is terrible. My advice? keep looking. A lot of smoke and mirrors here. Not at all what they advertise themselves to be.

My child goes here and he loves it. He participates in the Pre-K program and he is always enthused about going to school. One of the best daycares in the Mayfield Heights area
