ATTENTION ATTENTION!!!! PLEASE SHARE AND HELP ME GET JUSTICE!!!!! Ok so a?bout a month ago my 3 yr. old daughter came home from school on a friday. She had this huge scrape across her throat... i asked her what happened and she told me Mrs. Sydney put a rope on my neck...i ask her more questions.. and she tells me that she got in trouble and mrs sydney was mad. I got no incident report.. whoch ive always gotten even for a small thing.. and was informed in no kinda way by ABC PRESCHOOL(HANDPRINTS ACADEMY NOW) so being auch a big thing i procede to call the cops and start an investigation. The cops come out take pictures says it was a good thing to call. Monday morning i inform the daycare of what was happening and said “i dont know if this has happened but i did do this bc i felt it was right to protect my child” The Director.. RACHEL tells me “i wish u didnt do that there was an incident report but couldnt go get it.. didnt get it until momday night... and just made me feel like i wasnt doing the right thing and NOT PUTTING THE CHILDS SAFETY FIRST!!!! That night day daycare investigations calls and comes out to ask kenzley questions... after talking with kenzley and i... she says something isn’t right but we will find out. After a week of investigating... im told by Smith County Sheriffs that the video at day care is motion sensored and that the area my daughter was in wasnt visible to camera area... and some footage was missing cause it goes from outside to a kid napping in the class. The Director did nothing to assure me they would put my child first and made me feel uncomfortable... A saftey plan was put in place by the child care investigator and 2 weeks later... this morning!!! Im dropping the kids off and Rachel calls me to office amd says now that investigation is closed bc MY TEACHER DOEANT FEEL COMFORTABLE we r making friday the last day for your kids... ARE YOU JOKING?? Bc i took the ateps to protect my child your kicking them out bc of the investigation!!! Fuxk your teachera what about the kids!!! My daughter has had nightmares since then and has been holding back in certain situations... she is very sensitive now!!! I can NOT BELIEVE SHE SAID THIS AND THIS IS HAPPENING!! I WANT IT ON THE NEWS I WANT JUSTICE FOR KENZLEY AND THE FAMILY FOR BEING TREATED THIS WAY BY A DAYCARE FACILITY!!!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG!! PLEASE SHARE REPOST.. HELP ME GWT WORD AROUND PLEASE!!!

Teachers yelling at toddlers. Teachers pulling kids hair. Not teaching children fundamentals. Dirty classrooms. Dirty bathroom facilities. Dirty water fountains.All this place cares about is your money. Pulling my kids out there right now.

I was pleased with what I saw.The office staff was very nice happy to answer any questions I had.the teachers I met were pleasant seemed to take pride in their job. The facility smelled and looked very clean. All in all seemed like the best daycare I've toured. I'm just waiting for a spot for my 3 and 5 year old.

After taking a tour with the rude,pregnant lady at the front desk I decided this wasnt the place for my kids. She did not want to give me the tour, she didnt even tk or explain anything the whole time. Lets not start on the facility it was filthy in the little cafeteria and smelled like vinegar!! I saw teachers standing around laughing & talking not paying the kids any mind, their was a little boy climbing the fence and nobody noticed him leaving! I heard loud cursing in the toddler building from some short,white girl nit sure if it was to another teacher or student but it was enough to make me say no way and leave!!

Very unprofessional, these people could care less about your kids.Watch the cameras you will catch abuse, teachers on their phones, kids running wild fighting,cussing,running in and out of their class. 3kids came home covered in dirt& sand everyday even in the underwear (whole playground is covered in dirt no grass) with ant bites,bruises, even caught a teacher giving my son sips of her coke right out the can she was drinking so nasty
