The daycare my son was attending New Brighter Day Christian Academy was not fit for my son and I. Because the owner/director Loston Taylor and her daughter that goes by Mrs. T. were very rude. Mrs. Loston threatened to sue me if my son hurt one of the teachers. Because he would come in the morning screaming and kicking. Because he wasn't familiar with the whole school/daycare environment. They would say they have years and years of experience with childcare. But was making a big deal out of how my son was acting out. They would look at us rudely when we walked into the doors. Not welcoming at all, not even a hello. Or how are you doing? His teacher Anedra two days in a row would leave his pull-up on him after nap time. When I'd pick him up he still had it on. I informed them about it but it happen once again. They're very unorganized as well and negligent. We couldn't find my son's belongings neither could they. They then said they didn't know where his teacher placed them. Because they had ran out of cubbyholes for the children's belongings. They have way too many children per teacher. Also seems they were also short-staffed on teachers as well. It was an awful experience for us. They didn't allow my son's speech therapy session on Friday, July 16. Which was his last day there at that daycare. Because they felt that since it was his last day she shouldn't come. That he needs to get therapy where he'll be going to daycare at. I then explained to her that I wanted my son to meet his speech therapist in a daycare environment so he'll be familiar. She then told me she got interrupted by the director which is her mother and said she's not going to allow it! No way it's happening and ended the conversation. I've tried discussing situations with Mrs. Loston but she would just walk away from me. I tried to call to check on my son and she said he's fine and told me bye and hung up the phone. My son only attended that daycare for four days before I withdrawal him.
