I am VERY dissatisfied with the services. As a parent and wanting my child to succeed and become successful, I thought this center would be great for her education and convenient for my commute. However, the center has failed to call me back on numerous occasions. I have left my name and number with the director twice and also called 3 other times. Whenever I called, the receptionist never had the answer to my question. All I wanted to know was if there is an available spot for a 2yo for the upcoming school year. Every time I called I was told something differently. It's now August and school starts next month. The center should know by now if they can accomodate my needs. Staff apparently seems unknowledgeable and after the attempts of contacting them, I realized this would not be a place I would want to send my child if they can't even get a head count of students. Good thing I didn't hold my breath.
