Place is below average at best. If you take your child our for a week, you will have to pay some sort of holding fee equivalent, basically equivalent to what you would have paid if the child would have gone in the first place. Minimal flexibility with anything. Look around.
I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The owner is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I witnessed at least six babies in the infant room laying on the floor with bottles propped up while the employee was in another area of the center. Medication was not give properly. "Incidents" with my child were not reported to me. My was sent home with obvious vomit all over him but when I asked the staff what had happened, nobody knew anything! Anytime I would bring my concerns and or questions to the owner, she would literally start screaming and attacking me in front of other individuals and my child. What daycare does not provide meals?
I LOVE this center. Policies are enforced and payment is expected on time, but the center is well run. My child has been attending this center for over a year. My child started in the toddler classroom and is now in the preschool room. In my experience, the lead teachers in each of the classrooms were excellent, loving, kind, and patient. My child experienced major separation anxiety after a bad experience and teachers have really worked to build a trusting relationship. Now everyday there is "school" my child is excited and bursts into the classroom with a happy face on. The teachers always greet me and my child with smiling faces and are welcoming and warm. I would recommend this center to anyone.
Very rude and inattentive workers. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
