My daughter has gone to this daycare since she was about 2 yrs old. I've never had any problems. She loves all her friends who attend. Now she's attending preschool there and tells me everyday how much fun she has and that she loves her teachers and friends!!(:
My son attended here for a month before we decided to take him out of this facility. Within the month he attended, he came home with 4 large bite marks from another child. I was only informed about 2 of them. The last bite resulted in us pulling our child out, because the situation was not handled properly. My son recieved a huge bite on his face near his eye. The provider acted as if it was not a big deal, because the kid that keeps biting my son, "bites anyone that gets in his way." We had to take our son to the ER right away because it was an open bite, and he needed to he put on antibiotics. He has to have a follow up in two weeks, and blood tests done in 3 months. Before we told the provider that we were going to the ER, the story was that my son was by the "biter," but once we said we were going to the ER and reporting it, it quickly changed to my son "pushing the biter off his bike." No way am I saying my child is a saint, but to be bit 4 times by the same child in 3 weeks is ridiculous. My 2 year old child was not supervised on the playground where all the bites had taken place over that month. They claim they didn't know about the bites because he "didn't cry." I have all the pictures. I am a grown adult and I can promise that I would have been in a lot of pain if I was bit hard enough to leave those marks. My son loved daycare the first week, but after that he would scream that he didn't want to go in the second I even pulled into the parking lot. I should have known that moment that there was something wrong. We currently have an investigation open on this facility, because my child is not the only one this is happening too. They refused to fix the situation by removing the child that continues to bite other children, so I removed my son, and he will not be attending another daycare unless there are very strict rules and cameras since this place did not have a security system in any way, and anyone can walk into the daycare at anytime.
