This is such an amazing place, I am one of the employees and I love working here. It is full of great staff who love kids and who are ready to teach and care for them. I love working here and I wouldn't change it for any other job.
This childcare is a Home away from Home for all of my children. I can leave them and not worry. The teachers love my kids as if they were their own. We have used this daycare for several years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They feel like family!
I've had nothing but a positive experience. All the care givers know my child's name and make an effort to greet him, to say hello or good bye. When we go home my little boy will tell every teacher he sees goodbye. Even his teachers past will tell him how much they miss him when they see him. The efforts by the employees (even ones who are not his class teachers) and the response my child has with all of them proves he's in a happy loving environment. He's 2 and a half but he gets so excited when I tell him we are going to daycare. He still has that same smile when I pick him up. The employees keep me informed at all time. they tell me his activities from the day as well as funny things or naughty things he has done. This lets me know that he is being thoroughly supervised. They have treated me and my child very well
I agree-- they need a negative star rating.
There are good child cares. This is not one of them. I say this because as sad as it is one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. There are plenty of good people who work here. But a childcare director can make or break a center. And this one has soured my opinion of this one. A successful childcare director must be committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for children. Children should feel loved and safe. Good directors have interpersonal skills and can interact with others in a calm and reasonable manner. Good directors don’t lie when a child is hurt. Good directors don’t try to hide the facts. Good directors actually love working with children and being a partner with their parents.
If I could put a negative number I would have. Not only did they treat me with absolutely no respect, they lied and My child came home dirty and when I got there the first day they couldn't even tell me if she ate. If you love your children at all you will never bring them to little munchkins.
