Worst place we've ever been. The director is rude and disrespectful to parents and has no problem making a scene in front of other parents and teachers about payment. We made several payments yet and she would call and harass us about it. We were then told we couldn't leave my son there because we had a balance, even though we tried to make the payment and they were not available. They don't communicate, and they will try to send your child home for the smallest thing. My son came home several times with bruises and bite-marks the teacher couldn't explain. Very unprofessional
Absolutely terrible. Management won't deal with upset parents, they don't notify parents of what is going on (for example, the stomach bug going around for a week), my child came home, consistently, in other children's clothes, diapers, with other children's pacifiers, nipples/bottles, and I have had several issues with payment. I'm extremely disappointed with what we have received for the absurd amount that we pay. Not to mention, everything written before this, got my child kicked out of CLCC- the owner was more concerned about a Facebook review than he was about the fact that we had issues since the first week we had been there. Sad to say that we there for less than 4 months and experienced nothing but problems. I would not recommend to anyone.
We have put our 3 children through Cason Lane Children's Center. They are like family to us. The center is clean and the teachers are great. We would recommend them to anyone!
