Two different stories from staff regarding how my 14 month old grandson broke his hand while in this center's infant room. Cameras there do not work.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I chuckle as I read the last negative comment on this center because my child has been at this center since January of 2013 and I absolutely love this center! It cracks me up when a disgruntled employee feels the need to blast their negativity on here because they were not happy here. I'm pretty sure I know who this disgruntled employee is, she dropped the f word alot and I've witnessed her roughly sitting a child in time out. I was so happy to see this teacher leave! For goodness sake, if your child was upset and needed comfort I watched her take a child from the parent acting like she was going to comfort the child only to put the child down and tell her stop crying you're fine. The center has a calmer atmosphere. I was so happy to see that she left! Kudos to Ms Terry if she fired this person! Grow up and quit putting negative comments about this center. Children's Palace Learning Center is a wonderful place and my son is learning so much and I know when he starts kindergarten he will be so ready! Thank you Children's Palace Learning Center for the great job and patience, and love you have for the children and their families! I even thought it was so sweet of you to donate a car seat to a family that was swapping out every day! You ladies are wonderful!

I think it is pretty sad how people come on here and say things that are not always true and can't put a name on your comment. That shows that you are just starting crap because you were let go for your laziness.

I have been bring my child to this center for the last 6 years and love it. I have seen other families come and go but always and I say always come back. Once they go into Pueblo and see how dirty and unrespectful other centers are to their children they come back and so do the staff. This place wouldn't be here going on 7 years if it was so bad right. So all I got to say is come visit the center and see for yourself and I bet you will love it, I do and for being such a bad center like the person wrote above I do not see any violations from state on the website and there are over 80 kids a day there I would say. So don't listen to what one person says because they weren't good enough to work there, come check it out for yourself.

I warn any parent thinking of bringing their children to this center. I also warn anyone from working here. The owner is a tyrant who doesn't follow regular daycare procedures unless she is getting a visit from the government. Some of the employees she hires are questionable. The owner is rude to her employees and treats them like dogs. She also lets her grandchildren run the place and they often hit the other children and call them names. She doesn't follow workman comp guidelines either and often terminates people for something she did. Do not take your children here.
