About the Provider

The Y is proud to offer many convenient programs for our youth. We make sure that their time is filled creatively and constructively. Kids have a chance to express their talents and feel successful in their everyday accomplishments. Programming is offered for children 12 months to 13 years. We offer hourly toddler programming and preschool classes, with assistance from our many parents. In these programs we follow a structured curriculum that includes ways for children to learn many important things, such as: conveying ideas, expressing emotion, using their senses, as well as exploring processes and outcomes. The times you can't be there yourself, the Y supports your efforts to nurture your child's healthy development. For our working parents we offer all day toddler care, before and after school care, afternoon kindergarten care and extended preschool care. Kids find out what success is all about in an approach that says everybody plays, everybody wins. Time is set aside for tackling homework, with adult help available. No matter how many hours children spend in youth development programs, family is the most important structure in their lives. At the Y, good child care is good family care.
