THE STAFF OF THIS FACILITY ALLOWED MY EX TO TAKE MY CHILD FROM THIS FACILITY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND WITHOUT ANYATTEMPT TO STOP HER. SHE PRESENTED A BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND HER LICENSE BUT SHE WAS NOT LISTED ON ANY FORMS AND THEY HAD SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS THAT SHE WAS NOT TO HAVE CONTACT AT THE SCHOOL OR BE ABLE TO CHECK HER OUT.
THE STAFF FAILED TO STOP HER WHEN SHE GRABBED MY CHILD AND RAN OUT. tHIS INCIDENT HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE STATE FOR POSSIBLE LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION, OR SOME OTHER PUNATIVE MEASURES.
