Just Kids! Christian Learning Center & Child Care

My child has been going to this school for three months. I give only one star because my child has been bitten more than three times and I was never notified! In one week she was bitten twice and I never received one phone call. I understand that kids bite sometimes, but the reason why I'm so irate is the fact that I was never told. These bites were not the ones that leave a small red mark and then go away. They are deep, dark purple and blue that broke the skin. The latest reason as to why I was never notified was because my contact information was not in my child's room. I then stated that my information was in the system. Another excuse was that they could not find my daughter's file in their system! These "care givers" are watching our children and cannot even look up one of their own to get parent contact information. This school is currently on probation for failure to aid to an infant of which caused serious harm to the well being of the infant, which I found out at the time of my complaint to the front office. How I found out was not because the staff ever told the parents, but I found out when I saw a small red piece of paper that was placed for the "parents to view" hanging in a place where no parent ever walks! This is an outrage for any parent. I highly encourage you to take your child elsewhere for care. This school is toxic for any child and parent. My child has been un-enrolled.
