I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Awful daycare that I should have never ever considered. Smells bad, kids are usually dirty and running wild, and they are always put in front of the T.V. to pacify them. Not to mention the awful food choices.... The director is a harsh mean woman who is seems to be straight up screaming at the kids even when parents are around. Which by the way, the older kids are recruited to help around the daycare. I've witnessed kids with blood on their face crying alone and get completely ignored until something is said. Infants getting left in diapers for so long and being too lazy to keep potty training going, so they keep the toddlers in pull-ups. Please never take your child here. Also, it's pretty obvious that a worker at the daycare wrote that incredibly rude reply.

Personnel is addressing these rude and absurd accusations made by an angry and exaggerating parent because people deserve to hear the other side of the story.First of all your child is not a baby,he is a year and a half and cries all day because he wants to be carried like an infant.Second of all the staff and director included are always willing to help even though our main attention is focused always on the children. Children are not allowed to go outside when it's cold and 1 and a half year old should be able to eat table food instead of baby food.As for the reason the place smells like sh*** its because you have about 10 toddlers eating playing sleeping and pooping all day and they don't all go at the same time,so we can't have the room smelling all nice and fresh by the time you go pick up your child.Sometimes when you want your child to be catered to and coddled you keep them from learning and progressing.I hope you will be able to find a nanny to care for your son because it seems like that's the kind of care he requires.

Parents, please, please, AVOID taking your kids here!!! Personnel is rude and careless with infants, they take them out to the cold with out covering them, and while they cry they just keep chating between them. I personally had to pick up my baby son from there and he was very very cold, when I touched him and asked why he is here teacher just said, oh yeah he is cold, just as that. Today my kid is very sick, and nobody is going to be responsible. You give specific indications for feeding them and they just give them whatever they want. Place smells like sh*** and Director is never on site to take responsibility.
