This might be ok if you have an older child but certainly not ideal if you have an infant and want detailed information about your baby's day. My baby was ok there when it was only 3 days a week but she progressively had a rougher time when we switched to full time. I asked for a written report of her day to figure out what was going on, but Zoia refused, saying her recollection and vague verbal report was enough. When I suggested things that might help my baby adjust, Zoia got defensive and angry. It was bright and loud when my baby needed to nap and Zoia couldn't understand why my baby was crying and refused to make any changes to help my baby nap better. She also completely disregarded any instructions I had about her feeding and nap schedules. She does not sanitize the changing pad between children. When I terminated the contract, she became verbally abusive. If you have an older child and want to put him or her in Zoia's care with no questions asked, this place might be ok for you. But if you plan on asking any questions about your child's care, be prepared to be met with anger and defensiveness. She takes these kinds of questions as a personal attack on her and gets real nasty.
