Ms Lori in the toddler room gets a 5 star review, as do many of the other teachers as far as my interactions go with them.
As far as the director, Nick, it's kind of gone downhill since his arrival. The previous director was motivated and high energy with the children. Nick is pretty bad at communicating with parents and is always fussing at the teachers to "get off my clock" when they're clearly dealing with parents and child pick up.
