| Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the Compliance Inspection conducted on 3/11/26, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Plan of Corrections is requested to be submitted in the LMS portal within 10 days of receipt. The following was discussed, but not limited to: 1) information required on the Child’s emergency cards, 2) Upcoming Licensee Anniversary fee due 3) Ensuring non-enrolled individuals (adult gym members) are not allowed access to licensed sanitary units during camps when children are using them. A copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided at the time of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. 3 of 3 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. | |||
