I have a two children enrolled at wood field enrichment and one of my daughter's was scratched and bitten and the second time she came home with several scratches on her face. Both times the staff was told me they was not aware and they told to that it's normal for children to get rough with each other. The staff is never aware of what's going on with the children it's always me having to report when I see things instead of them reaching out to me first. They brushed me off when I mentioned what I saw on my child's face and Ms Tonya told me things happen and they are children and she had others to co sign with what she said instead of sympathizing with me as the parent. I don't like feeling like my child is getting bullied and the daycare staffed is just sweeping it under the rug and not reporting a thing to me.
