If I could give this facility 0 stars I would. Like the former employee said, Mr. Jones is only concerned with receiving money. He has young unexperienced employees there who in worse case scenario most likely wouldn't know what to do in an emergency situation. He is rarely even in the office. When my husband and I would bring up concerns mostly with the staff, he said he would take care of it, but brushed it off and would ask when the payment would be made instead. His employer Tatiana is very unprofessional and unexperienced and is always on her cell phone whenever I would go there to pick my infant up. My children always got sent home for being sick when other peoples children were there with snotty noses that no adult working there would even wipe their noses. Please do not send your children here. He looks down on parents who go through hard times every now and again, but claims he is a Christian. I don't know how he's been in business this long.
I would say working here or sending your child here is like meeting the devil yourself. The Jones are rude, self-centered, belligerent individuals. You will work so hard for so little pay. They aren't friendly to employees or the parents who come through this center. It's always work, no days off. No matter what you had to do, I felt like a slave. I never seen a director with whom I had to argue with over my paycheck (never receive full 80 hours) also, never seen one who sends nasty emails because a parent may be short of money. Please avoid this center at all cost, worst one in Columbia.
This is the worst place to send your child. As a former employee i wasw quite disappointed in the lack of organization, attention and care the Jones displayed during my time their. The only priority of the Jones family is receiving money from parents and public services. Any other issue took the back seat. I was persoannly disatified with how often they didnt come in and the lack of support I receivef from my bosses.
