Always out of ratio! 1yr olds put with after school kids! Kay is very unprofessional and talks trash about her own staff! I use to love it here, my kids use to love it here up until Mrs.Crystal left! She was so caring and it showed the kids all loved her! So did all of the staff and parents! I hope one day it becomes great again!
Spring Valley Early Learning Academy is constantly out of ratio, lack of supervision, teachers come and go, and the children are bounced around from class room to class room. I urge parents to find another child care facility.
