Usually I have a good experience with the staff here however today after dropping my son and daughter off so I could use the rec center facility, I was not notified ththe"hands feet and mouth" had spread amongst kids staying in their care. Infact what happened was when I was done working out the qnd went to pick up my children the staff said I could not return because she verified my daughter may have got it. I asked why she believes this to be the case and she replied many of the children here have gotten it. I responded asking her why I was not made aware of this so I could make other arrangements she simply responded without a Dr's note your children can't return. I hate to complain but with things like this parents should be made aware verbally before dropping the kids off not after. Luckily we immediately went to the drs qnd my children have not contracted the virus.
