I love this daycare and the staff! My children are happy and I feel like I can go to work with out worrying about my children. I can recommend this daycare.

There is amazing teacher my kids love it here and always look forward to cameing back been here 6 yrs kids ages 9 and 8
The two-year-old group teacher seems alright, but on numerous occasions upon picking up our child, other children are being yelled at in a very unprofessional way (a small girl was being yelled at for washing her hands and using too much soap, older children are being yelled at etc.).
My older son said the pick-up van driver drives too fast and scares him and that the woman up front is mean.
Also, my wife picks up our son in the afternoon. There is always an (assumed) boyfriend/significant other of one of the workers waiting in a vehicle out front. He has harassed my wife verbally, calling her a stupid (insert expletive) for using the small parking area in a way that displeases him and glares at her the entire time she is loading our son into her car. This has happened on a daily basis as of recently. NO WAY TO RUN A CHILD CARE FACILITY!!!
Over all, it is sub par with places like Bright Start (we switched because Sunshine Academy would pick up from our oldest son's school). Needless to say, our children will not be attending another day here. Don't risk it yourself. It's not a well-kept or professionally run place.
This place is pathetic. Cheap and dirty. The teachers don't care. They are rude and mean. They don't watch the kids and they will come back hurt, scratched and bruised. Don't take your child to sunshine west valley
If you want your child to watch t.v., and run around like "Lord of the Flies", this is the place to be! Staff members are lazy and untrained or real just don't care about children. My son has told me that the teacher was taking a nap, and that she does all the time. They ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS, nor do they dress, act, or talk like one should. Yelling at or in front children is the norm, not an exception as they will tell you if you happen to walk in the door and surprise them. Front door is rarely watched or controlled by them, mainly at peak drop off/pick up times is when they actually do their job. Dirty diapers, injuries to children and undereducated staff is what you will get. Do Not send any child here, you may regret it later on
My son attended this awful place for about 6 weeks. They have no locks on the front door and leave their child gate wide open all the time. MY CHILD LEFT THE PLACE TWICE and THEY DID NOT NOTICE until later when we came to get him!!! Both times the POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED TO HELP FIND OUR MISSING CHILD who was wandering the busy streets and neighborhoods alone due to their neglect!!! We were told both times that it was due to the staff taking an "unscheduled break". The staff were almost all ignorant and rude; not the kind of people who should be roll models. Also, they will not give you a dollar amount for your taxes for what you paid to them during the year. They refuse to give copies of the receipts form their receipt book. They are severely unorganized and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Stay clear of this neglectful place!!!
The baby teacher is the best teacher they have!!!!! My child didnt like his teacher and the food, so I defenitly dont recommend unlless you have a baby infant. Will never bring my kid back. Bad experiences!!!!
