Waypoint does not treat their employees fairly. They start out making less than what they pay a person who works at a fast food restaurant. They have a huge amount of turn over as well. Most of their employees do not have any formal training for early childhood. I am a former employee and I would not recommend you take your child here. If you choose to go in, ask them some questions about their staff and turnover.
