| Findings: Caller alleged that on November 19, 2019 caller's one year child was thrown at caller by staff member, when caller arrived to pick up the child from daycare. Caller stated that caller spoke with the Director about the staff member's behavior and the Director assured caller that Director would handle the situation and speak to the staff member. Caller said that caller has sent several emails and text messages to the Director, so far the Director has not responded to caller. LS conducted complaint investigation this date. It always smells of dirty diapers, no matter what time you come. Dimly lit and unclean both inside and outside.They have a bus but sometimes take a van and do not use carseats or enforce seatbelts (she was 4!). I offered to provide my own carseat but she refused. I went online and emailed her my findings stating that home daycares that use a car or van must adhere to the child restraint laws of that state. SHE ALSO HAD IT STATED IN HER CONTRACT THAT SHE WOULD PROVIDE CARSEATS!!! She still didn't budge until i threatened to report the facility and trust me, it was no empty threat. The owner's daughter is employed there and has an attitude problem. They had a Valentine's party and I paid for my child to participate and signed the paper stating so the night before, even brought in treats for the whole class, my daughter had them in her backpack to give when she came there after school.So because she was at school and wasn't able to have the treats there in the a.m., she was not able to receive a balloon. My daughter was in tears when I came to pick her up because all the other kids were leaving with a special valentine's day balloon but her! I almost lost it that day! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!
