I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My 3 year old son whom has special needs has received a lot of hands on tender loving care along with special instructions to follow directions. He is in the midst of becoming verbal vs. nonverbal in order to get his needs met. He has flourished tremendously since coming to this facility for almost a year. His father, grandfather, godmother, speech therapists, and others have noticed the huge progress in the milestones he has reached attending this learning center. His social interaction now is off the charts compared to him just wanting to be in his own world. Thanks Mrs. Brooks for treating our babies like you would treat your own!

My son has attended Smiling Faces for the last two years. They have a wonderful facility and a very kind staff. My son is entering kindergarten and is very prepared and I owe that to this wonderful center. Thank you Ms. Brooks!

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAS BEEN ATTENDING THIS CENTER FOR FIVE WEEKS. I CHOOSE THIS CENTER BECAUSE MRS.BROOKS SOUNDS LIKE A NICE LADY OVER THE PHONE ITS ALL A FAKE. WE PICKED OUR TODDLER UP YESTERDAY SHE HAS HER REAL HAIR BRAIDED STRAIGHT BACK HER HAIR IS LONG SOMEONE SNATCHED HER BRAID FROM THE SCALP AND IT IS BALD IN THAT AREA. NO ONE CALLED ME I HAD TO CALL THEM AND BRING IT TO THERE ATTENTION. WHEN I WENT TO CENTER TO SHOW THEM MRS. BROOKS CALLED THE TEACHER THE TEACHER STATED THAT SHE NOTICED IT BUT FORGOT TO TELL MRS BROOKS. THEY ARE FRAUDS WHEN WE TRYED TO SEE CAMERA, MRS. BROOKS ACTED LIKE SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK IT. WE CALLED THE POLICE THE OFFICER WAS ABLE TO GET THE CAMERA TO WORK WE NEVER SAW OUR CHILD ON CAMERA FOR ONE HOUR AND SHE WAS DROPPED OFF AT 6AM. I AM SO PISSED THIS PLACE HAS BEEN ABUSING AND MISTREATING MY TODDLER AND WE NEVER KNEW UNTIL SOMEONE WAS ANGRY ENOUGH TO SNATCH HER BRAID OUT HER SCALP. BEWARE PEOPLE MRS. BROOKS IS NOT WHO SHE SEEMS TO BE THE PLACE IN A FRAUD AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THEY ARE CLOSED DOWN BEFORE THEY DO THIS TO ANOTHER SCHILD
