The quality of our program is determined by an intricate blend of qualified and motivated staff, an excellent work environment, and careful orchestration of the day-to-day operation.We seek to guide our students’ paths to knowledge, comprehension and intellectual growth.
At University Child Development Center, interaction between children and staff provides opportunities for children to develop an understanding of self and others. This interaction is characterized by warmth, personal respect, individuality and responsiveness. Our staff facilitates interaction among children to provide opportunities for development of social skills and cognitive maturity- we want our children to be deep thinkers!
Communication between staff and family is based on the concept that parents are the principal influence in the lives of children. Parents are kept well-informed and encouraged to participate as observers and contributors.
