All corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispenser, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not stored in a locked room or cabinet. We large observed 5 gallons of paint behind an unlocked cabinet in the teacher's lounge area. We also observed on the outdoor area, accessible to the children, 12 large containers of paint. An aerosol dispenser can of Kilz was also observed in this same area.

Application for employment and date of birth was not on file for all staff. We observed (5) five staff members did not have dates indicated on the applications.
