About the Provider
Ultimate Fitness is an activity play based program. We specialize in school aged children. This program is designed to allow children to release their pent up energy from a day of structured activities. We encourage individuals and help children to express their interest through social interaction in small groups. This helps them to develop self-esteem and respect for themselves and others. Together we learn to problem solve creatively in non-violent ways. Within our program all kids fit because each child is given the chance to use their strengths, abilities, and creativity.
