Program currently does not have a Master Teacher available that is not a Master Teacher or a Director at another facility. The outdoor play area and other areas that are accessible to children have a drainage ditch that is hazards. The ditch in the play area has metal pieces and other hazards. Licensing observed a child latch on the refrigerator door. Health inspection completed on 11/14/24 stated do not use, door won't stay shut. |
