One balance beam play structure used in the gross motor room for 1 and 2 year old children, did not have manufacturer’s instructions available to determine age appropriate usage. Kids’ stackable animal plastic chairs were in use on the playground for 1 and 2 year old children and did not have manufacturer’s instructions available to determine outdoor use and age appropriate usage.
