The plan of correction for the supervision violation at The Growing Tree Child Development center has been put in place since the day of inspection. Each staff is now required to wear a lanyard necklace with picture cards of each student that staff is responsible for. At the start of the day, each staff is required to use the picture cards from the time the child enters the building, until the time the child leaves the building. All children must be accounted for at all times of day. If a child is moved into a different room for any reason, that child's picture card is handed to the teacher that will now be responsible for that child, and placed on their lanyard.
