So one child tested positive for COVID and they required all children in 2 different classrooms to quarantine at home for 14 days. The problem with this is that they refused to reimburse the parents for the child care that they weren’t getting, but paid for. I don’t know about anyone else, but it is absolutely unrealistic to expect parents to pay for child care services that they can’t use. I understand the decision to implement this policy - I don’t have to agree with it. But if they are going to impose such a policy, then they need to reimburse the families for services that are refusing to provide due to such policies!!
If you are looking for an HONEST TRUSTWORTHY childcare, then you SHOULD NOT enroll your child at The Goddard School in Snellville, GA. My 3 year old was enrolled in this school for 11 months.....during this time there were 3 physical incidents in which the school could not tell me what happened. The Owner and Director looked me in my face and lied to me about each incident. The Primary Teacher in the 3 year old classroom has very poor people skills when it comes to communicating with parents! Teacher is unable to documents incidents properly after being in the childcare field for almost 20 years! Owner's background has nothing to do with education and Director has very poor management skills!!! Owners is more concerned about "some" members of the staff than your child's well being!!!! If you are also looking for a clickish school that will make you feel like you are in high school all over again, then this is the one for you!!! If you looking for an HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY SCHOOL for your most precious gift, this is not your school!!!!!
Rude, teachers are not professional and appear to lack the certifications and qualifications that the school's owner says they have. My child went for 2 years. The cost is too high...basically you could take out a student loan for your child to go...24,000...I would understand that price obviously if they had a more disciplined approach on how to educate and develop their students. It is a glorified bunch of babysitters. HORRIABLE! Franchise!
