My children had been going here for over two years now .The old staff was much more pleasant than the new staff Ms.Monique & Ms.Ashley was very pleasant.Every since the new staff came in nothing but disrespect from the high management right down to the staffs itself. The monitoring system isn’t working so you can see what your child is doing , the system to login is always down , the rooms are dirty and smells like mold and the kids who are sick and have snot coming from their nose are still in school around other kids who are not sick and the medication why they give you a hard time for is always locked up in and .Anderson Office with no key for any of the teach / staff member to get for any child in case of a emergency this school don’t need high quality rating at all they are robbing ppl of there money when they pay that’s why I will tell everyone keep there receipt . .I even saw on time a teacher left a student in a class by her self crying and banging in the door while she was outside with the other kids when I open and walk the little girl outside she stated she is in punishment and her momma gonna come and deal with her and I sat there while they called her mom land they made her lie to her mom and said she wasn’t behaving this school needs to be reported they are mean people I do t trust them around my kids anymore I don’t feel their safe . DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO DESTINE FOR GREATNESS ACADEMY ON CENTERVILLE HIGHWAY
My children use to go here. They were only here for less than 2 months and already started to have problems. My 16month old was never in his class. My husband and I always picked him up in a different room. He had diapers, wipes, name on drawers in 2 different classrooms. He was always in the infant room which have newborn babies in there. Which is not safe for the younger babies. He was also in the 2 1/2 year old classroom. Never in his actual room I was told he was suppose to be in but a few times. My 16month old started his biting stage. With being an early childhood educator, we all know that this is age appropriate. After 4 days of biting, they suspended my 16month old for 2 days. Didn't even give him time to even realize what he was doing. He's still a baby. He doesn't understand why he's being suspended. Anyways, he goes back to school the next week and does great. The week after, they put him back in the 2 1/2 year old classroom and he bit again. Which they suspended him for 2 more days. Both times I asked to speak to his teacher whom I never met. Apparently she's gone before and after I get my children. I even scheduled a meeting with his teacher. That NEVER happen because the front desk lady didn't communicate with the teacher. Which means, I left work early for nothing. So I ask, well what's going on. Do you know since I can't speak with his teacher? What's the trigger for his biting or is he biting for no reason? No one had an answer for me except, "when he's in the 2 1/2 year old classroom, that's when he bites. But when he's in his class, he doesn't bite." When that was said to me, I had a problem with that...that wasn't his age group and all he see is the older kids doing things that he don't. So what do you expect? Anyways, after his suspension, he went back to school and did great for 2 days, and they ended up putting him in another class so he bit a child in there. My 16month old got kicked out. When I picked him up, guess what, whoever his teacher was suppose to be wasn't there. How convenient is that. I wouldn't bring my children back here because they're not consistent. Miscommunication. Unorganized. They never know what's really going on with your child. Please find something better.
