Findings: LS conducted a complaint inspection in which a child with a milk allergy was served milk by the teacher in the room. At the time of the complaint inspection, the program director informed the LS that lunch is delivered to the children's classrooms and staff pour the children's milk. LS was informed that this particular child's parents decided that because he drinks milk at home, that they did not want him to drink milk at the center and therefore had stopped supplying his special milk to the center. At the time the incident occurred there were 7 children in the classroom with two teachers. One teacher was at the table with the children preparing for lunch and the other teacher was in the bathroom with children.
