I’m very upset with how this facility handles toddler children. They seem to forget they are just baby’s yet. So of the teachers are awesome then you have some who are the leaders who are very rough with these children and they don’t no how to talk to the parents like a professional . They really need evaluation done on there building from there corp. office. These kids need care for in a professional manner. Very disappointed with the management.

staff have clearances on file but were out of date for compliance date or we applied for clearances if they were misplaced. We thought we had a provisional hire waiver which would have allowed some of the clearances to be obtained later. We obtained clearances for employment on file and not for volunteers if they are an employee

We hired a Group Supervisor, with a Bachelor's degree in Education. We had a second person with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services but we were awaiting her clearances. We thought we had a provisional hire waiver, when she was hired but we did not have one at that time. We also were under the impression that the director could act as both Director and Group Supervisor.

We have separated all of our 1 and 2 year olds. We now have a class for each age group. One year olds have a class and our 2 year olds have a classroom. If we need to combine 1 year olds with 2 year olds, we go by the youngest child's age at all times.

Common questions

The answers people ask us for most often.

How do I contact a provider I found here?

In most cases the provider’s direct number is included in their listing. When it is not, we list the number of the Child Care Licensing Program — you may call that number for more information, or search for the provider online.

Will ChildcareCenter pass a message on to a provider for me?

I run a daycare — how do I correct or remove my listing?

Use suggest an update on your listing to correct any detail, or claim the listing to manage it yourself. If you have closed or no longer provide care, contact us and we will update the listing to show that.
