The Fawns classroom has 1 that needs to be updated as well as the Hedgehogs classroom has 7 activity plans that are in need of their update. These reports are to be updated immediately. | Findings: On September 29,2022 the office received an email regarding an incident where a teacher grabbed a child's chin and harshly told him to stop playing with his bento box. Two aides witnessed the incident and reported it to the administrators. The administrators reported the incident to other agency and OCC. The facility confirmed the teacher had not followed the discipline policy. The staff member is no longer employed at the facility. | |||
