The blinds were closed and the light was turned off, which did not provide ample lighting while the children were resting. LS asked the facility to always ensure a sufficient amount of lighting, especially during rest time to maintain proper supervision of the resting children. At the time of inspection, one of the child care teachers adjusted the dimmer to provide ample lighting in the room.
