Due to safety issues I feel I must notify potential future enrollees/current families.
-Management will vape on campus which is a huge safety issue. Teachers had addressed their concern for the students safety but management retaliates but cutting hours of those who voice concerns.
-The A/C is always breaking down and management refusing to do anything. Teachers have to either teach in 98 temps with no a/c or buy their own fan. It’s not reimbursed. Students are getting sick due to this.
-Classes are combined all day but separated for a brief moment when tadpole picture taking. There are classes with 18m to 5 years all combined.
-There is a huge ant infestation in the classroom but management refuses to hire exterminators to help with the problem. Students are at risk getting bit ants.
-Teachers are not being given breaks or paid overtime wages. There is no company health insurance. Online trainings are not reimbursed. There are no raises or bonuses.
