Teacher scissors were in low unlocked cabinets just outside the kitchen. Hand bags and purses were behind the front desk on low open shelves and in the unlocked staff room. Plant food was on a low open shelf in the unlocked teacher lounge. The storage closest was unlocked and contained bleach and floor polish and stacked chairs.
