There were several items labeled "Keep out of reach of children" accessible to children. In the 3 & 4 room there was aquafor in a low unlocked drawer and a teacher's purse and shaving cream on a low shelf in an unlocked cabinet. In the toddler room, there was dawn dish soap and diaper cream in a low unlocked/deterred cabinet. In the 2 year old room, there was dawn, glass cleaner, cleaning spray, febreze spray, and disinfecting spray on a low shelf in an unlocked/deterred cabinet. The staff bathroom/janitors closet has clorox cleaner, disinfectant cleaner, glass cleaner, and toilet cleaner. The unlocked storage room had alka seltzer, baby oil, and disinfectant spray. The laundry room was unlocked and had detergent powder open and on the floor.
