I have used this provider for less than 6 months

How many more times is this place going to change their business name? Are you guys getting around the bad reputations associated with the previous names? As long as this place is owned by the same people, you're still going to get less than subpar care because they hire anyone who has just a short time of babysitting experience. This is why you get teachers who scream at children and treat them badly, if you pay glorified babysitters the bare minimum and don't have high standards for experience this is the type of caregiver you will get. Can't believe this place is still open. Check out how many violations have occurred. That's only the ones from the past few years, there are many more going back to 2012. How can anyone trust any daycare that has this many violations plus the abuse and misconduct allegations? Run away from Joanne and Michelle's daycares. Your kids deserve better.

I also agree with mrs Matt. This place is horrible and they do not follow the rules. They are only still around because they know when yhe state comes to do check ons and then they decide to follow the rules. I also witnessed an employee smack a child. Do not go there. If you can not afford any othet daycare it will be safer to keep your child home and not work

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

As someone who worked there a total of 2 weeks, marshall is telling the truth. Not only that, but when I reported an incident of obvious abuse to the director, caught on the camera, the teacher was still in the classroom the next day. I immediately quit and withdrew my child. Director did not tell either parent about what happened and I strongly suspect the videotape was edited or gotten rid of altogether. I was told that what I witnessed, 10 feet away from me, never happened. When I was first employed, the assistant director assured me that they never check references, -/ though I would be pleased by such a thing. It's true though, 5$36 never checked my references. Majority, if not all, of the employees are paid under the table, which is rather illegal. When I wrote an honest review on a different site, the director called me out by name and referred to me as a liar and as mentally unstable. Not only that, but she called and threatened to sue me for defamation of character for telling the mother of one of the abused children about what happened. The only reason they are in business is that they are the cheapest around and boy, do you get what you pay for. Every single parent I have spoken with (many by now) have seen the merchant circle exchange and want to go elsewhere, but are trapped there because the better places are more expensive. Don't fall into this trap, go somewhere else.

I wish there was a zero. Please be aware that there are other facilities out there that will also take subsidies. Please do not put your child in this facility or more specifically the Downingtown location. The children are berated, gloves are not used when handling food or when changing diapers, children are left alone in the rooms at times, and a loving atmosphere is the farthest from the truth in this daycare.

I had a bad experience with another daycare and we did a lot of searching for a new daycare. With my son being a premiee I wanted to make sure he has properly cared for. Teach and Learn made me feel at ease. They learned my sons signals faste then my inlaws. They keep him stimulated and they help me as a first time mom. I highly recommend they to everyone whether you baby was born on time or early like mine.
