mrs.phyllis is the greatest provider in Elmont very caring she has raised almost all the kids in the Elmont district and they still visit after school for food if their hungary because she is a great cook. HER HEART AND CARE FOR CHILDREN IS EXCEPTIONAL. MY DAUGHTER WAS AT ANOTHER DAYCRE WHERE SHE ENCOUNTERED HANDS AND FEET GERM 3X AND SICK CONSTANTLY. I MOVED MY CHILD TO PHYLLIS AND IN 3 YEARS MY CHILD GOT SICK MAYBE 2X. SHE TOOK CARE OF ALL MY KIDS AND THATS STILL THEIR AUNTIE PHYLLIS CANT LIVE WITHOUT HER. IF LOOKING FOR EXCEPTIONAL CARE PHYLLIS DAYCARE IS THE 1.
