This place is own by a husband and wife. I gave this place a 2 star rating and that's only because the husband did drop off my 4 year old son at 910am and pick him up at 1140am to and from school safety. My son went to this place 3 times a week for like 2 months and never once said he like it due to the fact that they force the kids to go to sleep and the owners go upstairs while a other lady watches them. The owner will have you wait outside to pick up your child and say its because of COVID-19 you cant' enter. On December 13, 2021 was the last day my son was there and before he was pick up he went to the bathroom at his school. To be honest he still doesn't know how to properly clean himself. Granted I should practice with him more everyday no excuses. My wife pick him up at 530pm and she smell poop right away as they got in the car, and he had poop stains all over his butt area and on his pants. How can a place that baby-sits kids leave a 4 year old or any age with poop in their pants or any smell on them, especially with a change of clothes. A week before this the owner which is the wife said she can't watch my son because it's only 3 days a week and she wanted to watch kids for 5 days for the money. I was going to pay the 5 day rate anyway for only 3 days because of our jobs. I know it's hard to go to work and or school and we as parents are forced to leave our kids with strangers. But please listen to your kids I wish I did.
