This company is the worst ran daycare I have ever seen! They do not go by state regulations. They make are very mean to the children. The owner is extremely rude. They do not honor children who are from divorced or split families. And does not care what court order papers say! Do not put your child in this facility. Yes they are cheaper than most. But not worth the safety of your child!
After dealing with this provider on several different levels, I have experienced several unfair business practices. There are several issues with payments not being documented. Their payments systems are always down and the manager does not like to write receipts. I was told that I could not I have to pick up my child exactly 8 hours from the time I left him, although my work hours are within their opening and closing time frame. I tried to review my contract and was given a blank form, nothing else. I am not sure why the owner and manager are so hesitant to provide the information but it is concerning as a parent.
