Poorly staffed and managed . Often has too many (state regulations) children per staff member. Doesnt give staff adequate (Federal Law) breaks or lunches, frequently changes employees time cards without employee permission. Doesnt pay for employees that accrue overtime. No benefits for care providers, subpar pay. The owner refuses to heat the facility properly during inclimate weather. The owner uses 'crisis management" as a norm. I would definately NOT reccomend this day care, its almost criminal in nature and the almighty $$$$ comes before any consideration of the children at this horrible excuse for a daycare. I will be reporting them to CPS. If you value your child.....dont enroll them here. There are too many other good daycares in Eugene, Oregon.
