Sunny Heights' present building opened in the fall of 1993 on the same campus as Stonybrook Middle School. The Sunny Heights' teachers, support staff, and parents are committed to the task of preparing the students for their futures in all of the different forms that their futures may take. All goals and activities are planned for students' intellectual, academic, emotional, social, creative, and physical achievement. This focus brings the school motto, "Soaring to New Heights of Excellence," to life. The Sunny Heights community lives this motto.
