Staff from the child's room were enroute back as they noticed their count was off before exiting the building. Child #1 was in the Primary Care group of Staff #1. Staff #2 and #3 were also in the room. Correction Required: TIERED IS: 1.Children on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the premises shall be supervised by a staff person at all times. Outdoor play space used by the facility is considered part of the facility premises. Children must be supervised at all times. The staff person shall know the names and whereabouts of the children in his assigned group. The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises. 2. Administrative staff will conduct a staff meeting and review the fire drill procedures for all staff and provide the staff meeting minutes and sign in sheet to the certification representative upon completion of the meeting. |
