On 11/30 there was an incident where the owner/teacher decided to put her hands on my daughter and pull her to sit down. My daughter was simply telling the adult that she needed to see the director because it’s an every routine they have. Instead of allowing my child to leave, she proceeded to aggressively grab and pull my daughter to sit in a chair and continue to point her finger in my daughter’s face. This is not the appropriate way to handle the situation. She came back apologizing and asking to give them a last chance. There’s no chances once my daughter is harmed!! Please don’t go here!! I can’t trust my babies will be safe under this kind of care.
